Situated just 3 km from the medieval village of Massa Marittima and approximately 15 km from the pristine beaches of the Tuscan seaside, Villa Magic Charm is a luxurious villa within 11 hectares of grounds, providing extremely comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 10 guests. Villa Magic Charm is one the highest class villa of the Villa & Charme selection. Surrounded by olive groves and a park that gentle descends to the panoramic pool ( 5*12 m, with hydro-massage), the villa features a truly beautiful safe garden with an abundance of flowers, shrubs and tall trees and includes complete garden furnishings, gazebo and barbecue. The interiors have recently been carefully restored and the villa offers stupendous luxury, atmosphere and comfort for the most demanding requirements. High quality materials have been used everywhere, terracotta floors and stone walls throughout wooden beamed ceilings reflecting the typical Tuscan style is blended with chic ethnic Arabic furnishings, creating a magic charm and an unsurpassed warm ambience. The ground floor is open plan with up to 3 living areas and a fully equipped typical kitchen. Outside a loggia for dining al fresco and entertaining enjoys expansive views over the countryside. On the first floor a cosy living area with fire place and the charming stylish bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and extensive views over the surrounding hills. Air conditioning, ADSL internet connection and TV sat. A non-asphalted road of 800 m leads to the villa. In the area there are numerous vineyards, trattorias and restaurants to visit.

Further Details - Local Area Maremma coast - Massa Marittima The city of Massa Marittima rises on a hill 380 meters high in the heart of 'Colline Metallifere', hills of the Alta Maremma. It can easily be reached from Siena following SS73 up to the crossing point of of the 'Madonnino', then SS441 up to the junction with SS439 that, following the direction to Follonica, leads just under the walls of the 'old town'. Massa Marittima, that despite the name is more than twenty kilometers far from the sea, is considered one of the medieval jewels of Tuscany. In the north of the province of Grosseto (Tuscany), in an area that goes from the city of Grosseto all the way up to the Alta Maremma, there has developed a winemaking tradition that is closely linked to the history of Massa Marittima and the medieval villages that crown the hilltops of this rugged land. Nine different varieties of wines are produced under this appellation in this hilly land - an appellation that valorizes a series of vine varieties that have been part of Grosseto's winemaking history since times immemorial. Special attention is due to Vermentino, a white wine of distinctive character, and to two types of Vin Santo, one white and one red. The red Vin Santo is also known as Occhio di Pernice.
