The villa dates back to around 1400. The front of this impressive red house reveals rows of stately pillars, opening onto a courtyard - with three arches at ground level and a terrace loggia on the first floor. In front of the villa the large safe garden and the pool with wonderful vista. A lovely large living room offers a unique vista on the Lake and Stresa shores. On request is possible to rent the apartments separetely. The owner has reserved for himself another apartment in a separate wing of the villa and may use it or not according guests need.

The villa is divided into 2 units that are connected through an external loggia. Larger unit - ground with acess to the garden and first floor with acess to the terrace : large living room, kitchen, from the living room stairs leads to the first floor: double bedroom - twin bedroom ( double upon request) that shares a bathroom (shower ). One large suite: sofa bed (a comfortable double bed) with large bathroom ( bath) - double bedroom with bathroom with bath. The 2 bedrooms are interconnected. Fron this double room has access to the outdoor loggia, which runs along the entire length of the villa at upper floor. Second unit : living room, kitchen, double room, bathroom with shower - Attic floor / mezzanine : 1 twin-bed room. The owner reserve another apartment in the villa.

The villa is conveniently located in the hills of Stresa mid way lake maggiore and lake orta. It's situated in a small charming typical village and the car is not needed to reach shops or restaurants. The sights of the region and many inviting shops are all within easy reach: Arona and Stresa are a brief car journey away. Why not take the ferry from Stresa (10 km) to the picturesque Borromaic islands (Isola Madre, Isola Bella, and Isola dei Pescatori), with the exquisite art gallery in the Palazzo Borromeo and the surrounding botanic gardens (opens from April 1 to October 31 ). The botanic gardens at the Villa Taranto, near Verbania (15 km) are also well worth a visit.
