Get into a car and drive in any direction, and within an hour of this beautiful villa, you'll find yourself at a key Tuscan destination: go north, and you'll run into Lucca and Pisa. South takes you to San Gimignano and Volterra. East, Florence; west the beach towns of Versilia and the Cinque Terre beyond. A month at this Tuscany vacation rental wouldn't even begin to exhaust the possibilities! The villa has an open view of the surrounding rolling hills and the nearby small towns and is surrounded by a large park with tall trees and a flowered safe garden, ideal for small children. The villa accommodates till 16 people in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor two entrances with two elegant staircases lead to the first floor, right and left wing. (connected on the first floor through an hallway ). Ground floor – right wing: main entrance/hall: the internal staircase leads to the first floor landing which is made up of a traditional Tuscan kitchen with fireplace that accesses to the large terrace equipped with dining table, barbecue and oven - just adjacent there is a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and Italian billiard table. From the living access to the terrace. On the same floor a hallway leads to: bathroom with shower and bath - twin bedded room - double bedroom; from the first floor landing an internal staircase, leads to the 2nd floor: 2 double sleeping rooms with third bed - bathroom with shower and bath; from the first floor landing a hallway connects the left and right wing of the villa. Ground floor – left wing: main entrance/hall; the internal staircase leads to the first floor landing that accesses to 2 double sleeping rooms with third bed (one features a large panoramic terrace), bathroom with shower and bath.
