The sea is a forty-minute drive away. The villa's outdoor areas are generously furnished for relaxing and dining al fresco and the beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by the unparalleled tranquility of the Maremman countryside. The property has been restored in keeping with its rural architecture and style so retaining some of the simple rustic charm of old, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The delightful covered terrace with great views adjacent the swimming pool, is furnished with sofas and a billiard table ( available upon request) Villa Maremma has been decorated with the perfect combination of style and comfort, creates a relaxing, welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The villa offers all modern comfort including air conditioning, a welness spa with indoor pool, gym sauna and turkish bath. (The access to the spa and gym is available for all guests at euros 50 per hour).For sailing lovers, trips to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago are a must. The famous, bustling Puntala harbor is 45 minutes away by car. A nearby horseback-riding center offers guided excursions, tennis is a 15 minute drive away, and the spectacular beaches of the Maremmana coast are only 40 minutes away by car.
