Outside is a patio and a lovely garden with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. A large beautiful pool (5 x 10 m.) and A manicured lawn with a view of S. Giulio Island extends from the villa to the lake. The villa is located near a boat club, where boats are available for hire. Villa Orta is built on two floors, which are not connected from the interior of the house. A cosy lounging area with dining area and kitchen on lower level. On first floor the bedrooms and living area with another panramic dining area An extra bed will be added downstairs.)
