La Pergola is a cosy semi detached house, recently restored, situated in the middle of the small village of Seccheto in the sunny south coast of the island. Comfortable access to a lovely bay with sandy beach as well as to all services. The 2 most famous sandy beaches of the island are just beside the Seccheto bay: Cavoli and Fetovaia. This charming accomodation has been restored keeping to original tuscan details , like beamed ceilings and cotto floors, something not easy to be found in a beach villa. Outside it features a nice covered pergola with sea view for dining al fresco.

Seccheto - Fetovaia
Seccheto is a small typical village on the south west coast of the island, ideally located fot the low season. There is a lovely sandy beach but also beautiful flat rocks. The beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia are also beautiful and less than 1 km far. The main village of the area Marina di Campo is about 8 Km far . Marina di Campo offers restaurants, shops and a nice harbour. A panoramic road connencts all the villages of the south west coast providing peaceful and relaxing walks.The beaches are the warmest and most beautiful of the island and a paradise for sailing, surfing, canoeing. the villages are very typical.
