This is an ideal location to visit all of the most famous Tuscan cities and the sandy beaches of the Tuscan coast. The villa stands at the centre of a private estate in the very heart of the hills of the Chianti Pisano region, only 5 km from the village of Casciana terme with its famous spa. Exclusive and private, this country house is only 1 km from the nearest hamlet which has ah bar, restaurant and a market. Marreta is a large stone farmhouse that offers very beautiful and charming interiors and features valuable antique furnishings in the old classical style that creates a wonderfully warm feel. The villa and its gardens offer expansive views over the green woods and the valley below stretching as far as the coast. The panoramic pool, only a few steps from the villa, is bordered with flowers and olive trees. This area is furnished with sun beds, tables and chairs with umbrellas. A panoramic covered veranda with BBQ provides shade for al fresco dining at the long table. This villa is suitable for the most demanding taste and has a truly Tuscan atmosphere. Inside is beautifully restored and features prestigious antique furnishings throughout, luxury bathrooms, terracotta floor, stoned walls and wooden beams ceilings all combined in an exquisite style. South west of florence, West of Siena, South of Pisa Lucca and east of Livorno, this area is ideal for day trip and excursion all over Tuscany. If you move towards the north good access to Florence Pisa Lucca and towards the south in the countryside around Volerra and San Gimignano till Siena. Easy acess to the beautiful southern coastal zone of the Maremma is a worthwhile trip. If sun and sand are appealing, the beaches of Cecina are also a convenient daytrip Heading inland from the Pisan countryside, the well-preserved Tuscan hill towns of Volterra, San Gimignano, and Colle Val D'Elsa are three of our favorite destinations.
