Villa Umbria Mora has been recently renovated and transformed into an elegant and refined exclusive farmhouse, beautifully set amidst olive trees in the hills near the medieval town of Todi. Relax in the cosy rooms, on the terrace, or in the garden or swimming pool after a day of sightseeing in Todi, Perugia, Assisi or even Rome. This charming villa offers a high degree of comfort both inside and out. Recently renovated in Umbrian farmhouse style, it is situated amongst 4 hectares of land with gorgeous panoramic views, some 10 km north of Todi. It is far enough away from the two neighbouring holiday homes, La Rosa di Todi, sleeps 12 and il Noce sleeps 4/6 all with their own private pool to ensure guests’ privacy. Each of the houses is on a separate plot of land. Entrance to the house is by an electric gate only. This spacious villa is located on the top of the hill and has 360 degree views of the valley and surrounding countryside with gently rolling hills. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and dining al fresco. In front of the house there is a covered patio area with a large wooden table and wood burning stove. Next to villa there is a large pool (7 x 14), which has an electrically controlled cover. The pool is ideally set for enjoying the view. There is a heated outdoor shower and a barbeque in the pool area.

The guests of all three houses have free use of a fitness centre in the main building featuring hydro-massage, a sauna, a Turkish bath and various types of fitness equipment.
