The lush surroundings serve also as a shield from the active road, a lakeside fact of life. The main entrance is located 15 external stone steps from the gate and two car garage. Ground floor features hall, living room with fireplace, one half bath, large modern kitchen with fireplace separated by an arch from the dining area. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Nestled within the ground behind the villa is a lovely new cottage with a living room with wide French doors to the garden, fireplace, sofa bed, one eat-in full kitchen and doors to a patio, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bathroom with tub and shower. Two cars garage.
