Marisca ist eine der schönsten Villa aus der Villa & Charme Kollektion. Die traumhafte Villa liegt in einem typischen toskanischen Ort (200m) inmitten den Hügeln zwischen Lucca und Pistoia. In Kürze ist man in Florenz (45 km) und Lucca (30 km). Dieses schöne Anwesen liegt in herrlicher Lage auf einen Hügel. Der private Eingang zur Villa ist nur wenige Schritte vom Platz Giusti entfernt. Wegen der charmanten Geschäfte und Bars ist der bekannte Ortspatz ein Anziehungspunkt für viele Touristen. Es ist nahezu ein Muss in einen der Restaurants direkt auf den Platz ein Mittagessen einzunehmen. Der Garten der Villa ist voll ausgestattet mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, mit großem Esstisch und einem Grillplatz. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auf eine große Panoramaterrasse, perfekt um bei Sonnenuntergang einen Cocktail einzunehmen. Der Stil erinnert besonders an die Zeit Ende 1800, mit großräumigen Wohnräumen, eleganten Wohn- und Esszimmern mit großen Fenstern und Fresken, die der Villa eine besondere Atmosphäre verleihen. Die elegante Luxusvilla wurde mit viel Charme restauriert und mit exquisiten Möbeln eingerichtet. Nichts ist stereotypisch, vieles ist extra für diese Villa angefertigt worden, wie Lampen oder die Türverglasungen im „Liberty“ Stil. Jedes Badezimmer hat auch seinen eigenen eleganten Stil. Weiters bietet die Villa jeglichen Komfort von Klimaanlage bis zur drahtlosen Internetverbindung. Die bekannte Montecatini Therme (April – Oktober geöffnet) ist nur 100m entfernt. Das vielfältige Angebot der Therme lädt ein, eines der zahlreichen Verwöhnprogramme wahrzunehmen. Oder Sie entspannen sich einfach im Garten der Villa im Panoramapool (Länge 7m, 80m vom Haus). In der Villa ist viel Platz geboten, sie ist daher optimal für Familien oder größere Gruppen.

In dieser kleinen Stadt mit typischen toskanischen Steinhäusern, welche den Hauptplatz Giusti umgeben, fühlt man sich zwischen italienischen Restaurants, Weinlokalen und Geschäften sehr gut aufgehoben. Von Montecatini Alto hat man eine gute Sicht auf die Montecatini Therme, erreichbar in wenigen Minuten. Die Therme ist weltbekannt für ihre heilendes Thermalwasser, Beauty und Wellnesscenter. This week two families from Oslo and one from Trondheim have enjoyed this fantastic house, garden, pool - and view! Seven children, aged 7 months to 15 years all loved their stay here and happy kids means happy parents. We hope to come back some day! Villa surpassed all expectations! It was indeed exactly like the photos show, however what the photos didn't convey was its scale and perfect position high on the hill with the brilliant valley view below. We were greeted upon arrival, shown around and given all the history and workings of the house then were left alone to enjoy our holiday. Checkout was easy and straightforward and again very courteous. The village was a lovely setting too with about 7 restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. I would highly recommend this villa!
