We have traveled throughout all Italy and inspected hundreds of homes in order to be able to offer you a wide range of High Quality Villas with Atmosphere. Whether your Italian dreamed home is a lakefront apartment in Como or a charming Villa with great views in Tuscany or something in between, all of our offerings are chosen under the same high criteria for comfort, location, atmosphere, value and the owner's hospitality. We have often slept in the villas we offer and this has allowed us an opportunity to forge wonderful friendships with owners.We directly deal with our owners with no intermediary, and often stay in touch with them, weekly or sometimes daily in “the hot of booking season” . This allows us to answer promptly to all our guests special needs, from a typical tuscan dinner to an informal marriage . Our company's purpose is to offer you only the highest quality homes combined with friendly, knowledgeable and personalized service at a fair price. This enables me to translate both needs of guests and owners having a good approach towards both of them. A friendly owner, with proper input, will do its best to meet guest need : this is the first secret to feel comfortable and at home in your home away from home. And while you are vacationing in Italy, know that not only will the owner be available to you, but should you need to talk to us, we are always on place and accessible. We always add new villas to our portfolio but not too many! We travel in Italy during the whole year discovering villas and often dealing with new properties, just built or renewed & unusual places. We often visit our owners to ensure our current properties continue to meet our high standards of excellence. We don’t like to offer hundreds of villas but only a selection of high quality ones!
